Stupid Question...
Is Laguna Beach scripted or "Reality TV"? I've only seen bits and pieces of it, and it's far too stupid to be scripted but mindless enough to be true to the actual experiences of the young and brainless.

It is a reality show, the true "adventures" of the people we've seen on television. Watching the show, I can't believe some girls are as clingy and stupid as Jessica, as lovesick as LC, and as mean as Kristen. Talk about giving girls a bad name...
I can admit to watching parts of the show... I get SO annoyed at them. "Like, OH MY GOD! She's dating TALEN NOW?! SHE'S SUCH A SLUT!" Why do they have their own megahouses though? I assume they gave them the houses to use in the taping...?
Now, they need to combine Laguna Beach and My Super Sweet Sixteen Party. That'd completely rock, since we all know how spoiled and selfish the Laguna crew is ;)
I think the houses used in tapings are their own, which makes you wonder: parents actually consented to having their children's dirty laundry aired in public? I guess people will do anything for their 15 minutes of fame.
Oh man, I can't stomach that stupid Sweet 16 show...it actually makes me feel sick! That would be the worse (and yet so addictive) reality show yet!
