Hawksleyx6
Ok so I'm obsessed with Hawksley Workman. What's the big deal? I just bought tickets to his March 25 2006 concert at Massey Hall - 12th row, $80+ later. My Visa card is my new best friend...

it's ok amanda.
i paid $50 for the hip concert. as far as i'm concerned, you can't put a price tag on love. ;)
i cant believe that the tickets are available so soon??!?! march 2006??!?! relax, super fan.
Yeah, I guess $34 (before insane service charges) isn't bad per ticket. Chris and I saw Radiohead a few summers ago, and the tickets were like, $55 dollars each. Craziness. There's no price for love, you are right. Now, if only you had sucked it up and gone to talk with Bry, the embarrassment would have been worth it? Next time. Next time.
Yeah, the tickets went on sale early because of the venue. The season at the Massey Hall was announced awhile ago, but it has yet to be officially announced on HW's own website.
There is no relaxing with HW is involved. I anticipate another great acoustic show (it will be the third acoustic HW show I have seen). :)

the more i think about it the more sad i feel about that wasted opportunity. i think it was far more embarrassing for me to stand there and gawk, rather than go up to bry and have something interesting to say. *sigh*. woe is me.
next time. i will have courage.
hopefully you have a blast at HW. hopefully? who am i kidding. you will. hawksley workman lover.
the hip is coming out with a new album sometime next spring. i am crossing my fingers that THE CONSTANTINES will open for them when they tour again. if that happens then i would officially be in heaven. bry and gord sharing the same stage? *faints*.
