Some more quotes for the day, both said in my Gender and Genre class... And, by the way, my writing teacher really liked my latest poem, as did the class. He's teaching the fiction course next year, so I encourage all of my UTSC friends (ie Gillian, because you're the only one who reads this thing) to take it.
"When Kat packaged up her cyst and sent it to her lover, I don't think she was completely sane. You know, when someone dips a nasty cyst in chocolate and puts it in a truffle box, it may be a clue that they may be on the edge."
"It'd be hard to be a woman and be looked at by everyone, and them saying "breeder... breeder" under their breath. It's a surprise they didn't die or kill everyone."

Hahaha! That's just plain funny about Kat being on the edge. Was it Atwood that wrote that story?
I'm not sure what your latest poem is that the class enjoyed, but I really liked Archetype.
